Pakistan TV legend, Firdous Jamal’s comments on Pakistan’s top rated star Mahira Khan, in a recent interview on a local media channel outraged many fans. Jamal called Mahira ‘a mediocre model’ and judged her acting skills negatively. He did not stop there and went on to call her ‘overaged’, adding she should be playing role of a mother, not a heroin.

Veteran TV actor Zaheen Tahira passed away in Karachi at the age of 79. Tahira who had been ill since last one month, was admitted to a hospital in Karachi due to cardiac issues. Noori vocalist, Ali Noor is recovering from a severe bout of Hepatitis A after being hospitalised in Islamabad. The singer had reportedly contracted Hepatitis A which deteriorated into liver damage during treatment, due to which he had to be in Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
