Babar Azam, Pakistan’s all-format captain, overtook India’s Virat Kohli in the ICC Test batter rankings. He is now ranked eighth in the world, while Kohli has dropped down to ninth. He is now ranked above Kohli in all three formats of the game. Moreover, he is the only batter in the world to be ranked in the top 10 of all three formats.

PCB opts to hire Pakistan Army doctors for each PSL-7 team

PCB has planned to enlist the services of Pakistan Army doctors for teams participating in the upcoming PSL seventh edition in 2022. The move was announced in order to counter COVID-19. According to several sources, each PSL team will have a doctor from the Pakistan Army Medical Corps. PSL teams will be required to undergo rapid antigen testing at the hotel every day.
