PCB to award scholarships, RS. 30,000 stipend to top-100 young cricketers

PCB has announced ‘Pathway Junior Contracts’ for young cricketers, as part of the bottom-up strategy for investing in youth and pathways. This decision was made at the 67th meeting of the Board of Governors (BoG) of the PCB in Karachi. They have also announced ‘Pathway Cricket Foundation ‘ where PCB will appoint qualified coaches for young cricketers.

In addition, the BoG fully supported the initiatives presented by PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja. The PCB will provide 100 junior contracts through strategic partnerships to the best and brightest cricketers. These young cricketers will receive a stipend of PKR 30,000 per month and receive a 100 percent scholarship.
