Noor Alam Khan criticized the government for being insensitive to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He demanded that top cabinet members be listed on an Exit Control List (ECL).

The 2021-22 trophy hunting program allowed two foreign hunters to hunt the strongest Astore markhors in Gilgit-Baltistan. American James Kevin hunted the markhor in the Jutial Conservancy area in Gilgit district after paying $131,000 for a trophy permit. During this hunt, Viejo Gonzalez Jesus of Mexico hunted a markhor from Bunji of Astore district for a $136,000 fee.

Tax evader Aima Baig has received a notice from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for not paying tax worth Rs 85 million. Aima Baig has not paid income tax for 2018, 2019, and 2020, according to the FBR. The vehicle she has shown in her tax returns will be confiscated if she fails to pay income tax.

Punjab Tourism Department Corporation (PTDC) has once again opened the province to domestic and foreign tourists. A new bus service is being launched to take tourists from Lahore to Gurdwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur, among other historic and religious monuments in the province. The bus service will take one day to tour Kartarpur, while the remaining sites will be covered over three days. 

The government named Pakistani singer and social activist Shehzad Roy its honorary brand ambassador for population and family planning. The decision was taken at a meeting of the federal population task force presided over by President Arif Alvi. He has spoken out on various occasions against societal issues, such as corporal punishment and child abuse.
