Pak Suzuki to Finally Say Goodbye to Bolan & Ravi after 40 years

Pak Suzuki may discontinue the MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) 800cc Bolan & Ravi next year. In a recent order, the Lahore High Court directed the Engineering Development Board (EDB), which regulates the auto industry, to make airbags a mandatory safety feature. It is technically impossible to install airbags in Bolan & Ravi. Therefore, the company will replace it with the Suzuki Every model.

Moreover, the Suzuki Every is in fact an updated version of the Suzuki Carry. It has been 40 years since Pak Suzuki began producing the Bolan. The Suzuki Bolan was launched in 1982/83 as the Hi-Roof.
