CPO Lahore reveals multiple arrests of people spotted during Minar-e-Pakistan incident

The CCPO Lahore announced that 35 people have been arrested for their role in the attack and harassment of a woman in Greater Iqbal Park. The CCPO has also received information regarding other people involved in the incident. More arrests will be made as soon as fresh evidence has been obtained.

The incident happened at Minar-e-Pakistan, Lahore on 14 August when a woman was assaulted, thrown into the air, and her clothes ripped from her while filming a TikTok video. The Lara Adda Police Station in Lahore has registered a case against 400 men for harassing and looting a woman.
