He said the Ministry of WAPDA should regularize me and also promote me for a better future. Moreover, Talib added that “Its been 3 years I have no promotion from WAPDA ! Please notice.”
Punjab’s prisons minister, Fayyazul Hassan Chohan, in a video message clarified that Shah Hussain did not receive remission for his legal sentence for stabbing Khadija Siddiqui. Hussain has benefited from “technical remissions” which are given for blood donations and good conduct under the Constitution. Hussain, the son of a Lahore High Court lawyer, was sentenced to five years in prison for the crime.
Pakistani climber Shehroze Kashif became the youngest person to summit both Everest and K2. The climber ascended K2 8,611 metre (28,251 foot) at 8:10 a.m on Tuesday and also climbed Mount Everest in may. At the age of 17, Kashif climbed the world’s 12th highest peak, the 8,047-metre Broad Peak.
Zahir Jaffer, the prime suspect in the murder case of Noor Mukadam, has admitted to killing her. Sources told that police collected video evidence of the victim being subjected to torture by the accused. Zahir Jaffer confessed to murdering Noor Mukadam, however, he kept changing his testimony regarding the reasons for her murder.
The K2 base camp manager reports that two bodies were discovered 300 meters below a bottleneck by a group of Nepali Sherpas. One of the bodies is said to be that of national hero Ali Sadpara. Another body is reported to be that of John Snorri. Ali Sadpara and his two foreign companions disappeared during their winter adventure on the K2 on Bottleneck.
PTI has won the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly elections, winning a majority of the seats, according to preliminary results. Shah Hussain was released from jail after serving 3.5 years of his 5-year sentence for the Khadija stabbing case. Hussain was convicted in 2017 under section 324 of the Penal Code of nine years’ imprisonment for attempting to murder his classmate Khadija Siddiqui. However, a session court later reduced his prison term by two years.
Pakistani family made history by all nine members being born on the same day. Ameer Ali Mangi – a Larkana resident and teacher – received a certificate from Guinness World Records. The nine members of Ameer’s family, including his wife and seven children, were born on August 1. Moreover, they include 4 twins who were all born on the same date.
