The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) directed Tv channels to stop airing hugs, caress, and bed scenes in dramas. PEMRA said it was receiving several complaints against such content. FATF announced Thursday that Pakistan would remain on its grey list of countries subject to heightened monitoring. The government of Pakistan has decided to provide motorcyclists and rickshaw owners with subsidized petrol after raising petrol prices to a record high.
