Veteran Pakistani actor Rasheed Naz passes away at 73

The legendary Pakistani film, television, and stage actor Rasheed Naz passed away at the age of 73. The funeral prayer for the actor is scheduled to take place in Peshawar. Rasheed, who has worked in numerous movies and television dramas, was born on September 9, 1948, in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He began his career as a television actor in 1971 with Pushto television play. 

Mehwish Hayat joins ‘Ms. Marvel’ cast during reshoots

In the midst of reports that Disney’s limited series will undergo reshoots, prominent Pakistani actor Mehwish Hayat joins the cast of Ms. Marvel. The reasons for the reshoots and additional casting are unclear. The show was originally scheduled to premiere last year, but now it will air later this year. It seems pretty late in the game for new actors joining the project.

Drone helps save life of 71-year-old man having cardiac arrest

A 71-year-old man suffering a cardiac arrest was saved by an autonomous drone. He suffered a heart attack while shoveling snow outside his house in Trollhattan, Sweden. Following the attack, a drone delivered an emergency defibrillator. Defibrillation could begin before an ambulance arrives, according to Everdrone, the company behind the drone. AEDs were delivered just over three minutes after the alarm was raised.
