At least eight infants died in the children’s ward of District Headquarters Teaching Hospital Sahiwal in the last 24 hours. Shabnam was serving as an assistant professor at LCWU in Grade-18, before her appointment as the director of key counter-terrorism body of the country. Pakistani currency dramatically recovered a significant Rs1.42 to Rs148.21 to the US dollar in the inter-bank market following the recent massive hike by central bank in the key interest rate, taking it to 12.25%, made the rupee attractive.
