Pakistan and Russia have signed an agreement on a pipeline of approximately 1,100 kilometers. The pipeline will connect Port Qasim in Karachi with Lahore. The project is estimated to cost $2.5 billion and be completed by 2023. Moreover, the shareholders’ agreement Heads of Terms (HoTs) was signed on Thursday after four days of discussions.

Moreover, the JTC (joint technical committee) of Russia and Pakistan signed the contract for the development of the Pakstream Gas Pipeline Project. The project has stalled since 2015, but the two countries have agreed to cooperate on technical aspects.
