BSF troops caught a 20-year-old man last week from near the international border in Gujarat’s Kutch, who was trying to cross the border to meet his girlfriend in Pakistan. According to the troops, the man was trying to cross the border through Rann of Kutch area to meet a girl from Karachi, with whom he was in contact through Facebook and Whatsapp.

A woman in Japan visiting the doctor with an irritated throat was told that a worm was living inside her tonsil. Upon examination medics identified a black worm — which was 38 millimeters (1.5 inches) long and still moving — inside the woman’s left tonsil and removed the creature using tweezers. The Aviation Division, on Friday, suspended 15 more pilots raising the number of suspended pilots to 93. The 15 are among the 262 pilots possessing suspicious licences.
