Dubai cricket chief offers to host India Pakistan bilateral series

Abdur Rahman Falaknaz, Chairman of Dubai Cricket Council, has offered to host a bilateral series between Pakistan and India. It was almost a month ago that the two archrivals played a T20 World Cup match at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Falaknaz told local media in the UAE that Dubai could be the ideal neutral venue for neighboring Asian giants.

Political tensions between Pakistan and India have prevented bilateral cricket between the two countries since 2013. India and Pakistan have not played a bilateral series since 2013 owing to political tensions between the neighbors. They have only played in international tournaments.
