Pakistan’s post office has been confirmed as a global e-commerce platform Amazon’s official delivery partner. The director-general of the Post Office has ordered that the preparations needed for engaging in global e-commerce be finalized on an emergency basis. Moreover, duties have been assigned to all circle officials. Nine post offices, including Lahore, have been ordered to open facilitation centres by June 15.

Furthermore, it has been directed to sign a three-month agreement with Mail Motor. Moreover, the company was instructed to sign agreements with front companies abroad where Amazon warehouses do exist.
