The Punjab Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) on Sunday banned all TikTokers from entering public parks after the Minar-e-Pakistan incident. PHA officials took the decision during a meeting in Lahore on Sunday. PHA reportedly issued a statement stating that all Tiktokers need permission prior to entering parks. Furthermore, the PHA is considering banning more than two men in public parks.
It came after a female TikToker was harassed at Greater Iqbal Park on Independence Day by more than 400 men. Approximately 130 people have been arrested, and 40 have been identified based on videos of the Minar-e-Pakistan incident.
