Highly venomous snake stows away 4,000 miles from Pakistan to England

The highly venomous snake was found in a shipping package sent from Pakistan to the United Kingdom. Forklift driver discovered the venomous reptile while unloading bricks from a container booked by Manchester Brick Specialist. The driver immediately notified the logistics manager and called the RSPCA, which was able to save the snake.

The BBC reported that RSPCA inspector Ryan King immediately visited the site and realized the snake had venom “more than capable of killing people.” An establishment with a license to care for venomous reptiles has taken in the snake, which was found primarily in Asia.
