Internet Outages hits some of world’s biggest websites

On Tuesday morning, several major worldwide websites crashed including Amazon, Reddit, the UK government website, and many news sites. Moreover, the problem occurred after the content-delivery network Fastly Inc. went down. The online service Downdetector, which analyzes reports of crashed websites, has observed an unusual increase in reports.

The Newsweek website, like Reddit, has only partially loaded with simple text display, while others have failed to load completely. A 503 error message was displayed on another website. However, it was identified and resolved.
