Nine researchers from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) have risen to prominence by standing among the world’s top 2% of researchers in 2021. They were selected from among 100,000 top researchers worldwide. Stanford University’s Prof John PA Loannidis and his team have compiled the ranking data, published by Elsevier.
The researchers are ranked using a composite index based on several bibliometric factors. This includes citations, Hirsch-index, papers with different authorship positions, etc.
