Women Gets Justice After Petitioning PM Imran Khan For Outstanding Payments

The Punjab police said on Monday that a woman from Lahore finally received Rs472,000 from Imran Asghar who refused to pay pending rent and maintenance expenses. Punjab police shared a video on Twitter of the woman saying both parties had reached an agreement. Moreover, the other party had paid the outstanding amount and withdrawn the complaint.

Ayesha Mazhar, from Lahore, spoke with Prime Minister Imran Khan yesterday while he was taking live calls from citizens. The woman said Imran Asghar, a brother of the SSP, hadn’t paid her the due amount. Police had also failed to take action. Consequently, Ghulam Mahmood Dogar, the Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) for Lahore, noticed the incident and helped the affected lady get her money back from Imran Asghar.
