QPA warns against those publishing Holy Quran on low-quality paper

Holy Quran Publishers Association President Kashif Iqbal warned against the use of substandard paper by certain publishers. Following the Supreme Court’s decision to make the study of the Holy Quran a compulsory subject in educational institutions, publishers are taking advantage of increased demand. He said unregistered publishers are violating rules by publishing Quran on non-standard paper.

He requested that strict disciplinary measures be taken against such publishers for violating the sanctity of the Quran. They must be published on durable, strong paper with strong bindings.
