Pakistan’s female traffic warden wins best performance Award in UN mission

Pakistan’s female traffic warden has been awarded the Best Performance Award by the UN Mission. Salma Abdul Ghani rose to prominence in Pakistan because of her outstanding performance among women officers from 46 countries. For the first time, a Pakistani traffic warden has been selected to represent Pakistan at a UN mission. She was selected for interviews and exams.

During an eight-month UN mission in Sudan, personnel and officials from 46 countries received training. A Pakistani officer led officers from seven countries to Sudan and won the Best Performance Award. She attended various training courses on modern policing and cybersecurity, as well as law and order situations during the mission.
