A social media user has shared video of a man masturbating on a motorcycle publicly, while making eye contact with the woman. The incident reportedly occurred early in the morning at Thokar Niaz Baig area in Lahore. The user claimed that a lot of women have suffered the same sort of harassment at the hands of this man.
Punjab Police is reportedly taking action on the matter.
