Islamabad police to appoint ‘student interns’ to enhance police relations with public

The Islamabad police have decided to appoint students interns in order to increase police contact with the public. This will allow them to address public complaints as soon as possible. This decision was made by IGP Islamabad Qazi Jamil ur Rehman. Taking this action will facilitate the resolution of complaints made to the police on an immediate basis.

Interns will be placed in all police stations of Islamabad, and qualified students will be selected. The goal is to observe police interactions with the public and highlight the flaws they exhibit.
