From selling Eid cards to heading Customer Support of one of the European giants, Jahanzeb from Karachi has come a long way. Bolt is the first European mobility super-app. It is fighting for better cities and against private cars, offering a better alternative to every purpose a private car serves – including ride-hailing, shared cars and scooters, and food and grocery delivery.

He later joined Daraz, OLX, Alibaba, and other big names before joining Bolt where he is making Pakistan proud and inspiring young kids from Pakistan to work hard and achieve their goals.

Jahanzeb used to run Eid Card stalls when he was around 10-11 years old. In order to meet the expense for his education, Jahanzeb joined Callmate calling card company as a call center agent. While completing his high education from Karachi University, Jahanzeb worked for 4 years at Warid.

After graduation, he secured job as Head of QA for Daraz through Linkedin, and then went on to become Head of CS Support and then Head of Customer and Seller Support. After a lot of hard work, Jahanzeb secured a job in Bolt in May 2022.

We wish Jahanzeb the best of luck for future.
