Babar Azam breaks Virat Kohli’s record to become fastest captain to score 1000 T20I runs

Captain Babar Azam on Friday broke Virat Kohli’s record as the first skipper to complete 1000 runs in a T20I in the quickest time. The right-handed batsman performed this feat in Pakistan’s match against Afghanistan in the ICC T20 World Cup. He reached a historic milestone in 26 innings against Virat’s 30 innings.
