Cricketer Shadab Khan pledges to establish fund to train athletes for future Olympics

The cricketer Shadab Khan has pledged funds to train athletes preparing for upcoming contests. Shadab Khan also asked authorities to consider athletes like Talib. Athletes like Talha need the support of sponsors and sports administration. If given the facilities and financial support, they can bring home Olympic medals and make Pakistan proud.

This comes following an impressive performance from weightlifter Talha Talib in the Tokyo Olympics on Sunday. Talib came in fifth, missing out on his first Olympic weightlifting medal. He achieved this feat without the help of a coach from his country. Talib should serve as an inspiration for people to support sports in Pakistan, Shadab Khan said.
