China sends health experts to help Pakistan combat coronavirus

China has sent eight health experts in a special flight to Pakistan as a part of its assistance to help Pakistan combat the novel coronavirus. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the special flight will land at the Islamabad International Airport and the special team will stay in the country for two weeks.

China’s assistance to Pakistan so far includes 12,000 test kits, 300,000 masks, 10,000 protective suits, and support to build an isolation hospital. A considerable amount of donations from private sources like Alibaba Foundation and Jack Ma Foundation from China has also arrived in Pakistan.
