Sindh government to punish employers hiring labour under 12 years

Sindh police have launched a crackdown on businesses employing underage workers. Business owners who refuse to comply risk arrest. Children under the age of 12 cannot work in small shops, tyre shops, or hotels, according to senior police officers. Violators will face consequences under child labour laws. Police arrested two shopkeepers during a raid on Tuesday. 

Jinnah Monument to be erected in London

The Governor of Punjab announced the construction of a Jinnah Monument in London on Pakistan’s 75th Independence Day. Dr. Nasir Awan and local business leaders will cover all expenses incurred in erecting the statue, Sarwar said. Sarwar expressed his gratitude to the UK for its support of Pakistan’s extension of the GSP plus status.

North Korea officials to analyze every citizen’s handwriting after discovering offensive Kim Jong Un Graffiti

North Korean officials are demanding handwriting samples from thousands of citizens of Pyongyang, following an incident in which graffiti referred to King Jong Un as a ‘son of b****.’ The message, ‘Kim Jong Un, you son of a b****. The people are starving to death because of you,’ appeared on the walls of an apartment building in Pyongchon on December 22.

A Pakistani man named Muhammad Ahmar from Bahawalpur fell in love with an Indian girl from Mumbai on social media and reached India. The young man arrived in India at the invitation of the girl. Mohammad Malik set up a website and put a giant picture of himself on hoardings in an effort to find love. The ad features a photo of him pointing at the statement: “Save me from an arranged marriage”.
