Young architect becomes the face of Pakistan globally with a ‘Top Talents under 25’ award

Young architect from Lahore, Faiqa Asghar, has made Pakistan proud by representing the nation globally with a ‘Top Talents under 25’ award. Faiqa, 21, was awarded under the category of Innovation by the global body and is the first Pakistan ever to have received this accolade. Faiqa was chosen from around 721 nominations from 45 nations.

Previously Faiqa was named in 25 under 25 women of Pakistan 2020, by a local initiative. The Little Arts Pakistan recognizes young women for their hard work and showcase the story of their passion and fortitude as an inspiration to the millions of young women around the country. 

Faiqa was titled as the ambitious future youngest degree holder Architect of Pakistan by them. The award was awarded following her social work with NGOs and the vision of Future Pakistan and how Architecture can help in achieving it.

Top Talents under 25, is the award hosted by Germany and is the second cohort of the award this year. The idea of this award is to form a community of talent around the world so that they could inspire each other and help them reach out to every corner of the world.
