Syed Bukhari, a British-Pakistani, has been sentenced to seven years in prison for trying to fake his own death to claim one million pounds from an insurance company. AirSial – a new domestic airline – is all set to launch in the country after getting approval from the federal cabinet. The domestic carrier – owned by the businessmen of Sialkot will run flight operations on all major domestic airports, with three A-320 Airbus aircraft. A junior officer of the Indian army posted in occupied Kashmir accidentally ‘slipped’ in heavy snow and landed across the border into Pakistan last week, Khaleej Times has reported. The parliament has passed the Zainab Alert, Response, and Recovery Act, 2020, named after Zainab, a seven-year-old girl who had been abducted and murdered after rape in early 2018.
