Karishma also made to Forbes 30 under 30 list for her efforts in creating a fair playing field for girls in Chitral and giving them the opportunity to play soccer. Ali, who is also the founder of the Chitral Women’s Sports Club, has represented Pakistan at the Jubilee Games in Dubai, and her team was the first women’s team from Pakistan to participate in the AFL International Cup.
