Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh is of the opinion that Pakistan captain Sarafraz Ahmed will lose his job. Harbhajan said that emotions with India and Pakistan match are different and it can cost people their jobs. If Pakistan’s performance is not improved during the ongoing 2019 International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cup, Sarfraz will be gone, he said.

Sirbaz Khan has become the first Pakistani to successfully ascend the world’s fourth highest mountain, Mount Lhotse’s 8,516 meters high peak on Nepal-Tibet border, without using supplemental oxygen. The PCB in a statement issued on Wednesday strongly refuted “fictitious” media reports that suggest the board has decided to part ways with chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq and coach Mickey Arthur. The Pakistan Cricket Board has decided not to renew chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq and head coach Mickey Arthur’s contracts, which ends with the conclusion of World Cup in mid-July. Former captain Aamir Sohail is already being considered as the chief selector in place of Inzamam, while it yet to be decided if a foreigner or a local player will replace Arthur.
