A documentary of the singing sensation Rihanna just got sold to Amazon Prime for a price of $25 million, according to a Hollywood Reporter. The film has been on the cards for several years and is helmed by Peter Berg, who worked with the Umbrella singer in the 2012 film Battleship. The documentary offers private insights into Rihanna’s personality, sense of humour, work ethic, family and love.
It covers more than 1200 hours of footage of the singer’s life. Meanwhile, the release date of the film has still not been disclosed.
