PM Imran Khan also criticised the economic decisions of the previous governments and said opposition has been misleading the nation, especially regarding devaluation of the rupee.
Masroor Ali Siyal, PTI leader from Karachi, will be facing strict disciplinary action for assaulting President of Karachi Press club during a a talk show, says Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Political Affairs Naeemul Haque. In the aftermath of the scuffle, video of which has gone viral, PTI leaders have also been temporarily barred from Karachi and Lahore Press clubs.

Capital Development Authority (CDA) had floated Rs1.94 million tender notice for construction of new cages for parrots and Rs17.83 million and Rs13 million for procurement of Terracotta and Matqa pots for nursery at President House, Islamabad, and “different ornamental plants and Morpankh plants” respectively. Official letter pointing to preferential treatment has caused controversy, as State Minister Zartaj Gul’s sister, Shabnam Gul, has been appointed NACTA’s director. Shabnam was serving as an assistant professor at LCWU in Grade-18, before her appointment as the director of key counter-terrorism body of the country. The official letter was written by Samiul Haq, Principal Staff Officer of Zartaj Gul.
