Pakistani education activist and Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai became the most famous teenager in the world of the 21st century, reported a UN review. UN News highlighted the events that happened between 2010 and the end of 2013 including Malala’s work in favor of girls’ education for 2012. UN News pointed out Malala’s journey and how she was known for speaking out in favour of the education of girls.
Malala Yousafzai is featured on the last Teen Vogue cover of 2019, which highlights “brilliant, world-changing demands of teens across the world” in a decade defined by “the rise of youth activism” and protest. During an interview with the magazine, Malala stressed how education is the best investment anyone can make as it allows one to explore opportunities
An annual study based on online interviews has placed Prime Minister Imran Khan and Malala Yousafzai in list of World’s Most Admired People of 2019. The list topped by Michelle Obama and Bill Gates, has placed PM Imran and Nobel Prize laureate Malala in the top 20. World known politicians and many Hollywood and Bollywood stars have also made to the list.
