Profiteering in times of a pandemic: Masks with school logos to be introduced

As educational institutions and schools prepare to reopen, a new method to profit from the pandemic is now being observed. Several public and private institutes have now introduced masks with school logos, which are expected to be a part of the uniform. Many suggested the masks would only give a consistent look in the school costumes.

School harassment case: Two female teachers sacked for turning a blind eye

The Lahore Grammar School has suspended two female teachers after a charter of demands drafted by students and alumni of the LGS 1A1 was presented to the director of the school. Those who were suspended included the names of main accused Ms Maira Omair Rana and Ms Rubina Shakil for turning a blind eye to the harassment cases brought before them.

Private school in Lahore sacks teachers over harassment allegations

The Lahore Grammar School’s (LGS) 1A1 branch located in Ghalib Market has fired four teachers over allegations of sexual harassment. At least eight female students took to social media to reveal several incidents which had been going on since last four years. One of the male teacher who has been sacked had been sending objectionable pictures to many students in different branches.
