A SpaceX Inspiration4 mission carried the first-ever all-citizen crew into orbit on Wednesday from Florida. The mission was led by Jared Isaacman, CEO of Shift4 Payments, launched from Cape Canaveral’s Kennedy Space Center. Moreover, it has been reported that all three other members are less-wealthy private citizens. It is the first crewed mission to orbit without a professional astronaut.

Iran nearly acquires enough fuel to build nuclear weapons

The Iranian government is a month away from having enough nuclear fuel to build a single nuclear bomb to secure a nuclear agreement with the US and its allies intensify. The International Atomic Energy Agency reports that Iran has never been closer to bomb-grade levels since the 2015 nuclear deal. It is not clear in how much detail the country has produced nuclear fuel.

Pakistan Army rescues three stuck mountaineers from Rakaposhi

Pakistan Army Aviation successfully rescued three mountaineers stranded on Rakaposhi mountain on Wednesday. Wajidullah Nagri, a Pakistani climber, and Czech climbers Peter Macek and Jakub Vicek became stranded as they descended from the mountain. Sources indicate the foreign climber’s health deteriorated, which led locals to drag him to the army helicopter. One of the climbers had frostbite and could not walk.

Pakistan-based BridgeLinx Technologies secured seed funding of $10 million, the largest round in the Pakistan seed sector. The round was led by Harry Stebbings’ 20 VC, Josh Buckley’s Buckley Ventures, and Indus Valley Capital. The funds will be used by BridgeLinx to “consolidate its position as a market leader by expanding into new verticals, segments, and lanes”
