Nawaz Sharif issued diplomatic passport, paving way for ex-PMs return to Pakistan

The federal government has issued a diplomatic passport to PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif after clearance from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The passport has been issued for a period of five years and was sent to the PML-N leader through the Passport and Immigration Office. The PTI government had cancelled Nawaz’s diplomatic passport after he was declared proclaimed offender by the court.

Pro-Imran slogan appears outside Sharifs’ office in London

A pro-Imran slogan was spray painted on the wall of Stanhope House, the building where former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s son Hussain has an office. A ‘die-hard’ supporter of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, British Pakistani Shayan Ali posted a photo on social media where he could be seen stood against the boundary wall, which was spray painted with the words: “You can’t kill IK chor”.

16 family members to accompany PM Shehbaz Sharif to perform Umrah

Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif will land in Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah along with 16 members of the Sharif family. In this regard, the Foreign Office has directed the Pakistani Embassy in Saudi Arabia to make preparations. PM Shehbaz Sharif will also be accompanied by 16 coalition members, including party leaders.

Shehbaz Sharif orders for renewal of Nawaz Sharif’s and Ishaq Dar’s passports

Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday directed the interior ministry to issue a diplomatic passport to former prime minister Nawaz Sharif. Dozens of protesters yell slogans outside Nawaz’s London residence

Nearly two dozen young men gathered outside Nawaz Sharif’s Avenfield House in London on Sunday evening and yelled slogans against him. Young men in hoods and face masks gathered on Dunraven Street, across from Sharif’s home, to shout “Go Nawaz Go”. Many of them held placards saying “We stand with Pak Army”, as well as one that read “Nawaz Sharif is a thief”.
